Cancelling Rewind for QuickBooks Online
- Via the Rewind app, select the files in question you wish to remove from Rewind
- Click the gear button on the right side of the screen
- Unsubscribe, Continue to Uninstall. This will only remove the single file you've selected, and your additional files will remain connected to Rewind
If you have MULTIPLE accounts linked you will have to repeat this process for each account so that you're not just disconnecting one client file but cancelling everything. Please contact us at help@rewind.io if you have any problems.
