Cancel Your Rewind Subscription

Then proceed with uninstalling the Rewind App. Please note that Atlassian may keep the subscription active until the end of your billing period before allowing uninstallation see details on this here: Can’t Uninstall After Cancellation. If this happens, reach out to Atlassian Support for assistance.

Reinstall Rewind

Once your subscription is cancelled and you have uninstalled Rewind, reinstall Rewind by following this guide: Atlassian Guide.
