Noticed your backups have stopped for monday.com? Don’t worry—it just means your account needs to be reconnected. Follow the steps below to re-link your monday.com account to Rewind and get your backups running again.
Steps to re-link your monday.com account to Rewind
- Uninstall Rewind from monday.com if it's still installed:
- Follow monday.com’s guide on how to uninstall apps.
- Install Rewind again from the monday.com marketplace.
- In the monday.com app, go to the Workspace apps tab and select Rewind Backups.
- Follow the prompts to complete the OAuth authorization and reconnect your account.
- Once connected, you can access your backups and historical data again.
Additional Information
- Once reconnected, Rewind will begin a new nightly backup to capture any changes that occurred since your last completed backup.
