How to change the credit card on file or update your payment
Updating your payment information can be done from the Subscription tab. Follow these instructions to update your payment.
1. From the main Rewind vault page select the account for which you want to update the payment information for. You can do this using the account switcher on the right hand side of your screen or through the global navigation menu ::: on the left.
2. From the main Rewind screen click on the "Subscription" tab
3. Beneath the plan information is the payment information on file - to change it simply click the "edit" button
Please Note: For Shopify customers - we bill through Shopify. For you this page will display a button directing you back to Shopify where you can edit the card information attached to your account.
If you have a bundled account that you are direct billed for please contact email@example.com to change the card on file. While we do not accept credit card information over the phone we can assist in providing an encrypted Credit Card form for you to fill out.
