Does Rewind offer the ability to restore my Mailchimp data in case it gets deleted?
In the event of data loss, some of your data may be able to be restored by Rewind. To request a restore, reach out to us by emailing help@rewind.com. Please make sure to include as much detail about your restore request as possible, including:
- The reason for the restore request
- The exact resources you would like us to restore (e.g. everything or a specific profile)
- The date and time you would to restore those resources to
Once we have gathered the required information for the restore, we will provide you with an estimate for how long the restore might take, and what to expect during and after the restore.
Are there limitations to what Rewind can restore in my Mailchimp account?
Not everything in your account is able to be restored. Restore functionality is limited only by the capabilities of the Mailchimp APi.
How long will the restore take?
Every restore is different, so timeframes will vary depending on the amount of data being restored.
