If you notice your backups have stopped, it’s likely due to a disconnect between your Miro account and Rewind. Re-linking your account is simple—just follow these steps, and your backups will resume.
Steps to Re-link Your Miro Account to Rewind:
1. Log in to Rewind
- Start by logging into your Rewind account to access your integrations via app.rewind.com
2. Navigate to Integrations
- On the left-hand panel, select Integrations and click on it.
3. Find and select Miro
- Locate Miro in the list of integrations and select the Miro account you wish to re-link.
4. Unlink your Miro Account
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner.

Choose Contact Us to Unsubscribe and then select Continue to Uninstall.
Note: This will not remove your historical backups as long as you proceed with the next steps immediately.*
5. Add Miro as a New Integration
- Return to the left-hand panel and click on + Add New Integration.
- Under Miro, select Add Account.
6. Follow the Re-linking Prompts
- Complete the prompts provided to securely re-link your Miro account to Rewind.
