Sometimes, the access tokens for your QuickBooks Online file(s) might get revoked. This can happen when passwords or admin permissions are changed. When this happens, we lose the API connection, and your daily backups stop running. To fix this, you need to re-link your file(s) to Rewind. Here’s how you can do it:
Steps to Re-link Your QuickBooks Online file(s) to Rewind:
1. Log in to the Rewind application with the Organization Owner’s email address.
2. On the left-hand panel, look for “+ Add New Integration” and click on it.
3. Click on "Add Account" under QuickBooks Backups.
4. A pop-up inviting you to link your QuickBooks Online account will appear. Click the Connect to QuickBooks button.
5. A new window will open, hosted by Intuit. Follow the prompts and your backups will automatically resume.
