How Rewind Works with Klaviyo
Once connected, Rewind begins backing up your Klaviyo account automatically. We store this data securely in the cloud, making it accessible whenever you need it. While automated restores are not currently supported for Klaviyo, you can request a data export at any time, and we can help you manually recover your data.

Getting Started with Rewind for Klaviyo
Step 1: Sign In to Rewind
- Go to https://app.rewind.com/users/sign_in and log into your account.
- New to Rewind? Click Join Now to create an account.
Step 2: Connect Your Klaviyo Account
- Once logged in, click on Add new integration from the left-side navigation.
- Find Klaviyo Backups in the list and click Add New.
- You’ll be prompted to log in to Klaviyo and authorize Rewind to access your data.
Step 3: Initial Backup
- Once connected, Rewind will begin your initial backup automatically.
- This may take some time, depending on the size of your Klaviyo account.
- You’ll be notified once your backup is complete.
Step 4: Ongoing Protection
- Rewind will continue to back up your Klaviyo data daily.
- You can view your backup history and trigger on-demand backups at any time.
Supported Backup Functionality
Rewind for Klaviyo backs up a wide range of critical data, including:
- Profiles (with attributes like email, phone number, first/last name, title, organization, etc.)

Backups are performed automatically every 24 hours, and you can trigger a manual backup if needed.

How to Restore Your Data
