Install Rewind Backups for monday.com to ensure your account is automatically backed up and protected. This article walks you through each step of the installation process, from accessing the monday.com marketplace to completing your first backup.
To install Rewind Backups for monday.com:
- Log into your monday.com account.
- Click on the Marketplace icon in the top-right corner
- Search for “Rewind” and select Rewind Backups for monday.com.
- Click Install App.
- Choose All Workspaces and click Install.Note: Rewind will work properly if you select Specific Workspaces. However, restoring data may be more complicated if you choose this option. We can provide help if you run into issues.
- Click Add app.
- Click Authorize.

Select a Data Region and click Submit.
Good to know
If you already have a Rewind account associated with your monday.com email, you will see a screen that prompts you to log in. Once you log in, you will see the Data Region selection screen.
What's next?
Your first backup will start automatically. You will receive an email when the backup is complete.
Note: Depending on the size and complexity of your monday.com account, this may take several minutes to several hours.
