You can use Rewind’s advanced restore feature to recover all workspaces and boards in your monday.com account from a specific point in time. This is useful for recovering from large-scale changes or data loss. Follow the steps below to complete an advanced restore.
Important:
This feature restores all workspaces and boards in your account to the selected date and time. It applies to your entire account—not just individual items—so be sure to select the correct restore point, as all existing data will be affected.
To restore all workspaces and boards:
- Go to your Rewind dashboard and click the Advanced Restore tab.
- Select the Date and Time you want to restore to.
- Click Restore Items.
- In the confirmation modal, click Yes, restore.
- The restore will begin. You’ll receive an email notification when the process is complete.
- Once complete, review the restored workspaces and boards in your monday.com account.
