My Notifications lets Rewind Organization Owners and Admins choose which event-based alerts they want to receive. Notifications are grouped by category, giving you full control over the types of events that matter most to you—whether that’s backup status updates, changes to your organization, or account-level security alerts. This guide walks you through how to customize those preferences in a few simple steps.

Steps to configure My Notifications
- Log in to your Rewind account.
- Go to Account Settings and select My Notifications.

Expand the notification categories to view available options:
- Admin Events – App installations, member changes, etc.
- Information Events – Backup completions, exports, and restores.
- Security Events – Password changes, 2FA settings, and more.

Check the boxes to toggle on individual events or entire event categories
you’d like to be notified about.
Tip: By checking the box next to Notify for all current and future events you will also automatically be subscribed to new notification types as Rewind expands functionality. This is unchecked by default.
- Click Save My Notifications to apply your changes.
Additional information
- Organization Admins and Owners automatically receive default transactional emails, including backup failure alerts and weekly backup summaries. These notifications are shown in the My Notifications interface for visibility, but they cannot be turned off or edited.
