How to Change your Shopify Plan

Upgrade or downgrade your plan in the Shopify Marketplace.

You can change your Rewind Backups for Shopify plan in the Shopify marketplace. Shopify plans are billed as per your store's monthly order count.

Please note: going over your allotted monthly order count based on your plan could lead to overages! Here is our guide on understanding your plan overages.

To change your plan:

1. From within your Shopify app, head to your apps section and click on the Rewind Backup app.
    
2. Via the Rewind Vault, navigate to the All Items tab, then click the gear shift icon in the upper right of the screen, and click into Subscription.
   
   
    
3. Once in the plan and billing section, click the “change plan” button to the right of your current plan.
   
   
    
4. You will now be offered the plans available to you, please select the plan you would like to switch to.
