Your Rewind Shopify backup plan covers a set number of orders per billing cycle. If you process more orders than your plan allows, overage fees may apply.
How overages work
- Your billing cycle follows your Shopify subscription period, not the calendar month
- Each plan includes a set number of orders per billing cycle (order coverage)
- You will be charged an overage fee based on the number of additional orders beyond the included orders in your plan
