This article explains where to find your Rewind invoices and how to download them. If Rewind bills you directly, you download invoices from the Stripe customer portal. If you pay through Shopify or another marketplace, your invoices come from that platform.
Before you begin
Before starting, confirm the following:
- You know how you pay for Rewind. To check, see How Rewind billing works.
- If Rewind bills you directly, you know which email address receives your invoices. To check, search your inbox for a past invoice from Rewind.
Downloading your invoices if you're billed by Rewind
Rewind emails you an invoice each time you're charged. It's sent to the billing email address on your account.
To view or download past invoices, log in to the Stripe customer portal → with your billing email address.

Finding your invoices if you're billed through a marketplace
If you pay through Shopify, the Atlassian Marketplace, AWS Marketplace, GitHub Marketplace, or the monday.com marketplace, your Rewind charges appear on the invoices from that marketplace.
