Updating your payment information can be done from the Subscription tab. Follow these instructions to update your payment.
- Log into app.rewind.com using the owner email on file.
- Click the Integrations menu on the left-hand side. You should see your integrations listed.
- Locate and select the account you're looking to update the payment details for.
- Next, locate and click the gear icon in the upper right corner, and select Subscription from the dropdown.
- Locate the Current Payment Details at the bottom of the Plan & billing page, and select the Edit button.
Please Note: For Shopify customers - we bill through Shopify. For you this page will display a button directing you back to Shopify where you can edit the card information attached to your account.
If you have a bundled account that you are direct billed for please contact help@rewind.com to change the card on file. While we do not accept credit card information over the phone we can assist in providing an encrypted Credit Card form for you to fill out.
