You can contact sales@rewind.com to change your data residency. Please keep in mind that if you decide to change your data residency, your Rewind Vault will not include your backup snapshots that were created before this change.
Will my backups be secure and accessible with Rewind?
All data at rest in our databases, cache services, or other data storage locations is encrypted using standard AWS encryption mechanisms – typically AES 256.
Rewind utilizes AWS’s redundant infrastructure to host your backup snapshots. Please review this article to learn more: https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/data-center/controls/
