Overview
Rewind supports Static IP Addresses for customers who require more control over how their systems are accessed. Static IPs allow your organization to create IP allowlists or firewall rules that recognize and trust traffic only from Rewind's known, fixed IP addresses.
This feature is designed for teams with strict security, compliance, or infrastructure requirements, and is available to customers on Rewind’s Commercial and Enterprise plans.
Supported Rewind Products
Static IP support is currently available for the following Rewind integrations:
- GitHub Enterprise
- Jira
- Confluence

- Klaviyo

Benefits of Using Static IPs
Using Rewind's static IPs allows your organization to:
- Improve network and data access security
- Create precise firewall or allowlist rules based on known IPs

You should allowlist:
- The IPs listed under the Common section, and
- Any IPs specific to your data residency region (e.g., US, EU, CA)
Allowlisting these IPs ensures uninterrupted access to Rewind services from your systems.
