Authenticating Customers
To safeguard your data at all times, our support team authenticates requests whenever possible. Our goal is to make this as straightforward and secure as possible so you can feel confident that your account remains protected throughout the support experience.
If you have access to Rewind
Authentication will be completed using a time-limited support code, known as the Support PIN. This secure, temporary code is designed to protect your account while allowing us to assist you safely and efficiently. You can locate your Support PIN by navigating to the Security tab under Account Settings within the Rewind app to provide to our support team.
