You can request support from our team by emailing us directly at help@rewind.com or by visiting our Help Center at help.rewind.com and selecting “Contact Support”. You may also request support through our AI Chatbot found on rewind.com at any time.
Please note that Rewind Support staff will not tolerate abuse or bullying and abusive or bullying account owners may be removed from the Rewind/Replay platform. Rewind will not be held responsible for denying support services to abusive or bullying account members.
Hours of Operation
Rewind’s Customer Support team is available to all customers Monday through Friday inclusive between the hours of 9am - 8pm Eastern Time and Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 10am - 8pm Eastern time. At this time, we do not guarantee response times but will do our very best to get back to all enquiries as quickly as possible and in the order they are received. These hours do not include Canadian statutory holidays.
