What’s changing
Prices for Rewind Backups for Jira and Confluence will increase for all customers.
- New customers: New pricing applies starting January 13, 2026.

Existing marketplace subscriptions: New pricing applies starting March 14, 2026.
- Month-to-month customers will be billed the new price on or after March 14, 2026.
- Annual customers will be billed the new price at their renewal date.
- If the customer's renewal date falls before March 14, 2026, they will renew at their current price.

It also reflects changes in the broader ecosystem. Atlassian themselves recently increased subscription prices, so this update helps keep our pricing aligned with the market.
